Orders within the Netherlands typically arrive in 1-2 business days. International shipping varies by destination, usually taking 3-7 business days. Shipping is free on orders over €150.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

How should I care for my O My Bag product?

We recommend using a leather protector spray before your first use and applying a leather conditioner every few months to keep the material hydrated and supple.

Do you offer a warranty on your products?

Yes, we provide a one-year warranty on all our products covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover regular wear and tear or damage caused by improper care.
